We offer our customers a total service from one supplier and have trained personnel to undertake technically specialised services on site.

We offer vibration analysis for fault finding, condition monitoring and preventative maintenance of plant, enabling our customers to schedule down times and prevent breakdowns before they occur.

In association with this we are able to undertake dynamic balancing of rotating machines in situ, thus eliminating unnecessary downtime. All work carries certification and a full report as with any work undertaken in our repair shops. Using laser measuring equipment we are able to align machines in situ to the closest possible tolerances. This process will achieve levels of accuracy impossible to achieve with traditional methods of alignment.

Experience is our strength when it comes to on site services. Our engineers can call on many years of hands on knowledge to allow us to diagnose and rectify problems in many diverse industries and on a wide range of equipment. As with all our services-on site work is, in emergencies available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Embracing our repair facility we offer mechanical services both on and off site to cater for all types of rotating plant. Our workshop facilities include a 45 tonne Press, 2 tonne Dynamic Balancing Machine, Milling and Slotting machines, Lathes, Welding, Glass Bead Blasting, Metal Spaying and Steam Cleaning.

We are able to refurbish and re-manufacture components such as Shafts, Impellers, Fans, Rotating Elements, Bearing Housings and Journals.

We are AEMT approved for hazardous area motor repairs and offer the same (around the clock) service as our rewind facility.
